The artisan wood-carving workshop was a great, unique idea. However, the optional white-water rafting on the Vjosa felt a bit rushed to get to. My favorite part was the south coast, especially the beach time in Dhermi. The farewell party in Tirana was a great way to end things. In a few of the hotels, the single room was noticeably smaller and in a worse location than the shared rooms. If you're a light sleeper, it's something to consider.
