  1. Day 1

    Seoul

    You'll land at Incheon International Airport where your assistant will be waiting for the transfer to your Seoul hotel. Check-in opens after 3:00 pm, so you'll have time to settle in and rest from your journey. The rest of the day is yours to relax and get oriented.

  2. Day 2

    Seoul

    After breakfast, you'll head out for a full day exploring Seoul. Start at Gyeongbokgung Palace to catch the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony, then move on to the National Folk Museum to learn about Korean history and daily life. You'll also stop at either a Korean Ginseng Center or Amethyst shop, then head to the Korean Folk Village where you can wander through traditional houses and watch artisans at work. By evening you'll return to Seoul.

  3. Day 3

    Seoul to Gongju to Jeonju

    Following breakfast, your guide will meet you for the drive to Gongju, a city rich in cultural heritage. You'll see the Tomb of King Muryeong and Gongsanseong Fortress, both UNESCO sites with significant historical value. From there you'll continue to Jeonju and walk through Hanok Village, which has around 700 traditional Korean houses that give you a real sense of how people lived. You'll stay overnight in Jeonju.

    Jeonju to Gwangju to Suncheon to Yeosu

    After breakfast, you're heading to Gwangju, the birthplace of Korea's modern democracy movement. You'll visit the May 18th National Cemetery, then drive to Suncheon to check out Suncheon Bay Garden. Next is Yeosu, a historic port town where you can walk around the Admiral Yi Sun-sin Historic Site and take in the atmosphere. Overnight stays in Yeosu.

    Yeosu to Jinju to Busan to Jeju Island

    You'll have breakfast, then transfer to Jinju to see Jinjuseong Fortress, which has deep historical ties to the 1592 Japanese invasion. From there you'll drive to Busan for a domestic flight to Jeju Island. Once you arrive, your driver takes you to the hotel. Check-in is after 3:00 pm, and the evening is free to settle in and rest.

  6. Day 6

    Jeju Island

    After eating breakfast, you'll visit Hyupjae Beach with its green waters and views toward Biyangdo Island. Next, the Spirited Garden offers time to see bonsais, sculptures, and ponds. You'll also stop at the O'sulloc Tea Museum to learn about Korean tea traditions. In the afternoon, you'll take a cruise near Sanbang Mountain, see Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls, and have time at a shopping center.

    Jeju Island to Busan

    After breakfast, you'll explore Seongeup Folk Village to experience Jeju's traditions, then visit the Haenyeo Museum to learn about the island's UNESCO-recognized female divers. You'll see Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, a volcanic crater that formed over 5,000 years ago, and walk through Manjanggul Lava Tube with its natural rock formations. Later you'll head to the airport for a flight back to Busan, then transfer to your hotel with check-in after 3:00 pm.

    After breakfast, you'll start at Haeundae Beach, Busan's most famous shoreline. You'll drive along Dalmaji-gil Road for coastal views, then visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple on the cliffsides. Next comes Gamcheon Culture Village, sometimes compared to Machu Picchu for its setting and character, followed by the busy Jagalchi Fish Market and BIFF Square. Then you'll transfer to Gyeongju to see the illuminated Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond. Overnight in Gyeongju.

  9. Day 9

    Gyeongju to Daegu

    Following breakfast, you'll spend the day exploring Gyeongju, the ancient capital of Silla Kingdom for more than 1,000 years. You'll check out Cheomseongdae Observatory, Asia's oldest astronomical structure, and the Gyeongju National Museum where you can see Silla relics including a gold crown. Next is Bulguksa Temple, known for its Buddhist architecture, and Seokguram Grotto, a UNESCO site considered one of Korea's most important treasures. You'll then drive to Daegu for the night.

    Daegu to Haeinsa to Andong to Gangneung to Pyeongchang

    After breakfast, you'll visit Haeinsa Temple, established in 802 and home to the UNESCO-recognized Tripitaka Koreana and other cultural properties. You'll head to Andong next to walk through Hahoe Folk Village, which maintains traditional Joseon-era buildings and customs. Later you'll drive to Gangneung, one of the 2018 Winter Olympics host cities, then move on to Pyeongchang where you'll stay overnight.

    Pyeongchang to Seoraksan National Park to Seoul

    After breakfast, you'll enter Seoraksan National Park, known for its dramatic mountain peaks, jade-colored water, and wildlife. The park received designation as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1982. You'll also visit Sinheungsa Temple, established by monk Jajang in the 7th century. By evening you'll return to Seoul.

    Seoul to DMZ and Return

    After breakfast, you'll take a half-day trip to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). You'll see Imjingak Park, Dorasan Observatory, the Third Tunnel, and the Unification Observatory. Later you'll head back to Seoul where your tour ends at City Hall.
