Itinerary
- Day 1
Johannesburg/Pretoria to Pilanesberg National Park
Your hotel pickup happens early morning, then you'll spend about 2.5 hours driving through the Highveld toward Pilanesberg National Park. Once you arrive, get into an open safari vehicle where a guide takes you out for 3 to 4 hours looking for the Big Five and other wildlife. By midday you'll head back to the rest camp for lunch, have some downtime, and check out the curio shop if you want. The drive back to your hotel happens in early evening, getting you back without it being too late.
