Linz
When the ship reaches Linz, multiple excursions are available depending on your interests. You can take a full day trip to Salzburg to see the historic center and Mirabell Gardens, or head to the Czech town of Český Krumlov with its cobblestone streets and Renaissance buildings. Other options include exploring Linz itself with optional walks or bike tours, or joining a guided tour focused on whiskey distillation.

You'll cruise through the scenic Strudengau and Wachau valleys, arriving in Weissenkirchen. Choose between a walking tour in Dürnstein along cobblestone streets to see the Baroque Stiftskirche, a hike up to Kuenringer Castle ruins, or just wander around town at your own pace. In the evening, a wine tasting features local Rieslings and Grüner Veltliners from the region.

Later, the ship sails to Krems where you'll attend a wine tasting at Schloss Gobelsburg, a historic castle and one of Austria's oldest wineries.

When evening arrives, head to a traditional Austrian Heuriger wine tavern for wine and live music.

If you prefer something more active, you can hike up to Castle Hill instead.
