Mike was a great host, guide, and friend to all and his knowledge of the area was very impressive. Our bus driver was also great. Her knowledge of local things and her care and cheerfulness to us all was appreciated. I loved everything about the Rocky Mountineer. The service and staff as well as the food was exceptional. Nothing was more beautiful than being able to see the Canadian Rockies from the glass enclosed train car. Wow! As an amateur photographer, I will always remember how and all I was taking pictures at Lake Louise. I do realize that opinion would normally be in the minority. Our tour guide was incredible. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. His ability to handle the few challenges that popped up was swift and professional. He was very helpful to those who needed it.
