- joe· October 21st, 2024The actual trip was great but I would have appreciated more scenery and nature stops rather than just mentions that we were passing them Also I didn’t appreciate our guide stating our driver was paid tip money because it was a premium trip but failed to mention she was also given tip money so all passengers tipped her according to the guidelines set out by IntrepidShow more
- Susan· September 19th, 2023I very much enjoyed seeing the beautiful Croatian coastline. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to have a real love for his country. My main criticism was that there were frequent incidents where things such as guides in the different areas were not included in the tour, so it felt like we were often paying for services that I would have thought would be part of the overall tour. I would have preferred to have paid more money up front than to have had the frequent requests for additional money.Show more
- Kelly· July 1st, 2019The tour accommodations should be better. The Lero in dubrovnik was old fashioned and tired. The staff were not pleasant. However the breakfast was good. A 3/5 The central hotel in Sarajevo was not acceptable. It had maintenance, cleanliness issues and the breakfast was very poor. However, the front desk team was helpful and friendly. Overall a 1/5 The Design Hotel President in Belgrade was ok. A good sized room, friendly front desk and good daily housekeeping. The breakfast was ok except dirty linen. And cold food was not co weed so there were flies around. The maintenance in the room was not good. Dirty blinds, tiles missing in room etc. 2/5.Show more
