You'll make your own way to Cavtat and check in at your hotel. Your Holiday Director will meet you there this evening for a welcome meeting to go over the week ahead.

Dubrovnik
Head along the Dalmatian coast toward Dubrovnik for a half-day guided tour of the UNESCO-listed Old Town. You'll walk through narrow streets, cross the ancient ramparts, and see the Rector's Palace and Franciscan monastery. After that, take the cable car up Srd Hill where you get great views out over the city and the Adriatic Sea.

Kotor
Drive through dramatic coastal scenery to reach the medieval city of Kotor in Montenegro. You'll stop in Perast to take a boat out to Our Lady of the Rock island church. Back on land, wander through Kotor's old town with its towering cliffs, ancient stone houses, and intriguing squares before heading back to your hotel.

Today you can join an optional guided tour of the fortress town of Ston and see the second-longest stone wall in Europe. There's a visit to a family-owned winery where you'll do some tasting and have a traditional light lunch. If you'd prefer, you can explore on your own instead.

Cavtat
You have the day free to check out Cavtat at your own pace. Alternatively, join an optional half-day trip to the village of Cilipi where you'll learn about olive oil production, wine-making, brandy distillation, and traditional sweets with guided presentations and local tastings.

Elafiti Islands
Sail aboard the Karaka, a 16th century replica ship, out to the Elafiti Islands with crystal-clear waters and pine-scented air. You'll visit Sipan island to see its Renaissance villas and have a typical Dalmatian lunch with fresh seafood. Later, sail to Lopud island and walk up to the hilltop Franciscan Monastery.
