Itinerary
- Day 1
Rome
You'll arrive in Rome and your private driver meets you at the airport for the transfer to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day settling in and resting after your travel.
- Day 2
Rome to Bari
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll head to Rome's train station and board the high-speed train heading to Bari. Once you arrive, make your way to the hotel on your own. The afternoon and evening are free to explore at your own pace.

Bari
Breakfast comes first, then you'll join your tour leader for a guided walk through Bari's old town, checking out the Basilica of San Nicola, the Norman-Swabian Castle, Piazza Mercantile, and the Column of Justice. You'll have free time for lunch, then return to the hotel for dinner.

Castel del Monte - Alberobello
After breakfast, the coach takes you to Trani to explore its medieval character, Jewish quarter, and white stone Cathedral. From there, you'll see Castel del Monte, an 13th-century octagonal fortress, then head to Alberobello and its cone-shaped Trulli houses. Settle in at the hotel for a welcome toast with local wine and taralli.

Alberobello to Matera to Alberobello
Following breakfast, board the coach to Matera and explore the Sassi di Matera's ancient cave dwellings that have been inhabited for over 9,000 years. You'll visit the Romanesque Cathedral with its bell tower and take in the panoramic views. Later in the afternoon, return to Alberobello for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ostuni - Lecce
You'll have breakfast, then travel by coach to Locorotondo, a charming white town with a circular old town, for free time to wander around. Next, head to hilltop Ostuni overlooking olive groves and the coast for lunch and exploring on your own. By late afternoon, you'll reach Lecce for dinner and overnight.

- Day 7
Otranto - Maglie - Lecce
This morning brings a guided walking tour through Lecce's historic center, taking in the 12th-century Cathedral, the ornate Basilica of Santa Croce, and Piazza del Duomo. Then travel by coach to coastal Otranto for free time and lunch, where you can explore the Greek, Roman, and Turkish influences and the Cathedral's impressive mosaic floor. In the evening, dinner happens at a traditional masseria in Maglie before heading back to Lecce.

After breakfast, you'll start heading back toward Bari across the scenic Murge plateau. Stop in Martina Franca to visit Piazza Plebiscito, the Cathedral, Ducal Palace, and Torre dell'Orologio with time for free exploration. Continue to a traditional masseria for lunch featuring organic local cuisine and olive oil tasting. Before returning to Bari for the night, you'll visit seaside Monopoli to walk through its historic streets and fortified old town.
