- Day 2Carthage - Sidi Bou SaidStart the morning with a guided walk through Tunis's medina, where you'll move through bustling markets filled with fresh produce and spices. By lunch, you're in La Goulette at El Flouka restaurant. After eating, head to Carthage to see the historical sites there. Later in the afternoon, travel to Sidi Bou Said to walk around the village and see its blue and white buildings. You'll return to Gammarth for the evening. - Meals

- Day 3KairouanTravel early to Zaghouan and visit the water temple, an ancient Carthaginian spring at the base of Mount Zaghouan. You'll also explore Dar Zaghouan. After lunch, take part in an olive oil extraction workshop and try kaak warka, a traditional Tunisian pastry. From there, continue on to Kairouan for your one-night stay. - Meals

- Day 4SousseSpend the day exploring Kairouan, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and holds significant spiritual importance in Tunisia. Stop for lunch at Al Rashid restaurant. In the afternoon, you'll join a dessert-making workshop with one of Tunisia's well-known pastry chefs. Later, transfer to Sousse where you'll stay for two nights. - Meals

Browse market stalls selling local handicrafts, spices, textiles, and fresh produce. In the afternoon, take a private cooking class at TAMARA where a local chef shows you how to make traditional dishes like couscous or tagine. Finish the day exploring the marina at Port El Kantaoui. - Meals

Start with a harissa workshop where you'll see how Tunisia's famous spice mixture is made using fresh local ingredients. Later, try olive oil tasting and have lunch. After that, join a ceramics workshop to see how regional craftspeople work. Then travel to Hammamet for a two-night stay. - Meals
