Catania
You'll arrive in Catania and get settled into your centrally located accommodation. Spend time wandering through the sunlit piazzas and lava-stone streets at your own pace, soaking in the local atmosphere. Make your way to Piazza Università to see the iconic Fontana dell'Elefante, then head to Catania Social Club for dinner where you'll try their seafood and pistachio pasta.

- Day 2
Catania - Mount Etna - Taormina
Start with breakfast featuring local flavors, then check out the Fish Market for Sicilian pistachios and fresh orange juice. Head up to Chiesa della Badia di Sant'Agata for 360-degree views of the city and sea. From there, you'll drive to Mount Etna and take a cable car followed by a guided hike through the volcanic landscapes. Grab an arancino shaped like Etna at the 2,500-meter station before heading to Taormina for the evening. Visit Isola Bella and walk around the coastal area before settling in.

Start your morning with a swim at Minareto Beach, a quiet spot just outside Syracuse. You'll have a seafood feast at beachfront Ristorante Zio Agatino, including their famous seafood soup. Drive into Syracuse and walk through the ancient ruins, baroque architecture, and gelato shops of Ortigia. Later, head back to Catania for an evening stroll through the historic center, stopping at the Greek-Roman Theatre and Villa Bellini park. Finish the night in San Berillo Quartiere for artwork, cozy bars, and a Sicilian-style toast.
