Itinerary
- Day 1
Vancouver to Salmon Arm
You'll leave downtown Vancouver early and drive through the Fraser Valley, stopping at the Tulip Festival if you're going in spring and weather cooperates. Around lunch, you'll reach Kamloops and grab a meal before heading to a local winery for a tasting. If you're traveling in fall, there's a stop at Adams River to watch the Sockeye Salmon migration. Later you'll check into your lakefront hotel in Salmon Arm, walk the Wharf trails to see local wildlife, and meet up for a group dinner this evening.

Salmon Arm to Banff
After breakfast at your hotel, you're heading into the Rocky Mountains. There's a coffee break in Revelstoke, then you'll travel through Rogers Pass in Glacier National Park. You'll see the Natural Bridge in Yoho National Park and spend time at Lake Louise before arriving in Banff. Check in at your hotel and you'll have the evening free to find dinner on your own.

- Day 3
Banff
You'll start with breakfast at the hotel, then take a gondola up Sulphur Mountain for views of the Rocky Mountains. From there, you're doing a scenic loop around Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake. Later you'll tour through Banff townsite, seeing Bow Falls and the Banff Springs Hotel. The afternoon is free, so you can shop on Banff Avenue or do some outdoor activities like hiking, heli-sightseeing, or visiting the hot springs if you want.

Banff to Golden
After breakfast, you'll leave Banff and head to Marble Canyon in Kootenay National Park. The canyon has limestone and dolomite walls with turquoise glacial water in summer or ice formations in winter. You'll explore the bridges and trails for canyon views, waterfalls, and forest. Lunch is in Radium, then you'll soak in the natural hot springs there. You'll arrive in Golden with free time for dinner.
