The backend staff were helpful with my questions and concerns. I had excellent guides for different tours. Big shout out to Jamal - city tour, Mohammed - Wahiba & Wadi Bani tour, Abdullah - Nizwa and Jabal Akhdar tour, and Muhannad - Wadi Shab and Bimmah Sinkhole. Two thumbs up to all the guides.
