Freiburg
The ship takes you to Freiburg, known as the Capital of the Black Forest. You can join a guided tour and taste authentic Black Forest delicacies like Black Forest cake and local specialties. If you'd rather be more active, there's a guided bike tour option in Breisach instead.

Kehl to Strasbourg
Your Star-Ship docks in Kehl and you're transferred to Strasbourg, the capital of Alsace. A guided walking tour takes you through the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, showing you sights like the Maison Kammerzell and the charming canals of Petite France. Later this evening, you'll attend a private concert at Bruchsal Palace.

Ludwigshafen to Heidelberg
The ship sails toward Ludwigshafen along the Rhine River, passing the point where the Rhine and Neckar rivers meet. From there, you travel by coach to Heidelberg for a guided tour that covers its UNESCO City of Literature status and Heidelberg Castle. You can also choose a more active hike down from Mount Königstuhl to Heidelberg instead, or visit Rudesheim for specialty coffee.

Rhine Gorge to Koblenz
You'll sail through the UNESCO World Heritage Rhine Gorge, where you see romantic castles and medieval villages along the banks. The coach takes you to Koblenz for a walking tour of this ancient German city, including the German Corner where two rivers meet and Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. Alternatively, you can explore the Moselle Valley and Cochem Castle on this day.

You arrive in Rotterdam, a unique Dutch city rebuilt with contemporary architecture after World War II.
