Itinerary
- Day 1
Johannesburg to Hazyview
You'll leave Johannesburg early in the morning and drive through Mpumalanga heading toward the Panorama Route. The journey takes you through changing landscapes, and you'll stop in Dullstroom village to grab refreshments and stretch your legs. From there, the day focuses on hitting the main viewpoints: God's Window offers sweeping views across the lowveld, Berlin Falls drops down through lush forest, and Bourke's Luck Potholes shows you geological formations where two rivers meet. The Three Rondavels round out the scenic stops with their distinctive rock formations rising from the valley. You'll arrive in Hazyview by late afternoon, settling in for the evening.

Kruger National Park Safari
This morning starts well before sunrise so you can head into Kruger National Park as the light breaks, which is when wildlife is most active. Your guide will drive an open safari vehicle through the park's 19,000 square kilometers, and you'll spend the day watching for the Big Five along with hundreds of bird species. Around midday you'll stop at Skukuza Camp (you'll cover your own lunch costs there), then head back out for the afternoon portion when animals start moving again. The full day in the vehicle means plenty of opportunities to spot different creatures and get good photos before returning to your lodge as the day ends.

- Day 3
Hazyview to Johannesburg
After breakfast, you'll check out around 10:00 AM and begin the drive back to Johannesburg. The route takes you through rolling terrain with farm towns and forest plantations along the way. You've got time to think back on the safari and the Panorama Route stops from the previous days, and the scenery on the return journey is nice even if it's different from what you've seen so far. The drive gives you a chance to relax after two full days of exploring.
