Firebird Tours planned the best itinerary for us. We wanted a mix of luxury hotels and boutique stays. During the planning stages they were happy to make upgrades and tweaks to make the trip exactly how I wanted it. The hotels, private transfers, and private tours were wonderful. Japan was magic and Firebird tours made it happen.

I had an excellent experience with Firebird. They organized a fantastic tour of Japan for me. My destination specialist, Olia, was incredibly helpful, always responding quickly to any questions I had. We stayed at the hotels I hadn’t heard of, and it turned out to be perfect. The Firebird app worked seamlessly throughout the trip, keeping everything organized. I will definitely book with them again in the future.

Our Firebird trip to Japan was fantastic! After talking with our advisor about our preferences, they created the perfect itinerary for our family. We were able to check off everything on our list, from my granddaughter’s must-sees to my daughter-in-law’s favorites. The hotels were great, and the guides, drivers, and transportation were always on time and professional. I really appreciate how Firebird customized the trip to meet our specific needs. We had such a great time that I’ve already recommended them to friends. Last year, we had an amazing trip to Sicily with Firebird, and this year Japan. Payment information
- For any tour departing before March 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Firebird Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Firebird Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Firebird Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
