- Day 1
Taormina
You'll arrive in Taormina and get settled at your hotel. This evening is yours to wander around the town at your own pace and get a feel for this coastal area. If you need it, a private airport transfer can be arranged beforehand.

Taormina
After breakfast, you're heading up Mount Etna in a Land Rover Discovery with guides who know the area well. You'll see the lava fields, old craters, and volcanic caves up there. Later, you'll stop at a winery on the slopes for wine tasting and some food. Back in Taormina by afternoon, so you have free time to relax or explore more.

- Day 3
Forza D'Agro - Taormina
You'll head to Savoca after breakfast, the village used for The Godfather filming. The cobbled streets are nice to walk through, and you can visit the Church of Santa Lucia where they shot the wedding scene. Bar Vitelli is there too. Then you'll have a cannolo tasting before heading to Forza D'Agro for lunch at a family place. Back in Taormina, you can check out the Ancient Greek Theatre and its views of the bay and Mount Etna. Spend the rest of the afternoon looking through artisan shops.

Syracuse - Ortigia
Your morning starts with a hands-on cooking class at a villa surrounded by olive and citrus trees, taught by a local Sicilian cook. You'll prepare traditional dishes and eat them with regional wines. After that, you'll get a guided tour of the Archaeological Park in Neapolis to see the Greek Theatre, Roman Amphitheatre, and the Ear of Dionysius. Then over to Ortigia for the Temple of Apollo and the Piazza del Duomo with its cathedral. You'll overnight at a historic estate in the Noto countryside.

- Day 5
Marzamemi - Noto
Starting in Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage site with golden limestone buildings that catch the light beautifully. You'll see the Cathedral of San Nicolò and grab granita with brioche at a historic pastry shop. Later, head south to Marzamemi, a small fishing village where you can walk around the piazza and see the old Tonnara. Have a Sicilian aperitivo at a café there. You'll return to Noto for dinner and stay at a centuries-old Sicilian farmstead.

Palermo
You're off to Agrigento to walk around the Valley of the Temples, one of Sicily's best archaeological sites. The Temple of Concordia is in remarkable shape, and the Temple of Juno is quite elegant. Lunch at a local restaurant lets you eat while looking at the temples. After that, wander through Agrigento's old center and try traditional almond sweets at an ancient pastry shop. You'll head to Palermo late afternoon and check in at your hotel.

Monreale - Palermo
Start with the Palatine Chapel and Palermo's Cathedral. Then you'll hop on an Ape Calessino and wind through narrow streets to the Ballarò Market, which is lively and full of energy. Try street food like arancini, panelle, and crocchè while you're there. Visit an old cloister where nuns make pastries using traditional recipes. Next, you're heading to Monreale Cathedral, a UNESCO site with beautiful mosaics and a peaceful cloister. Evening is free back in Palermo.

Duca di Salaparuta Winery - Palermo
You'll reach Cefalù, a coastal town with a medieval cathedral right by the water. The beaches are nice for a stroll, and the narrow streets are worth exploring. Then you're going to the Duca di Salaparuta winery, a historic place founded in 1824 with centuries of winemaking behind it. Light lunch paired with their wines, and you'll spend the afternoon exploring Palermo's streets before your final night.
