View in EnglishEverything was absolutely perfect, from my transfer to the hotel on arrival in Vienna to my drop-off at the airport for departure. The team is extremely pleasant and available almost 24 hours a day to answer any questions, with meticulous organization. When a misunderstanding arose with a local tourist agency concerning an activity, Tour Radar did not hesitate to reimburse me within 24 hours, even though they were not responsible. The proposed activities were well thought out and coherent. The locations, including accommodation, were chosen with great care and are among the best services available in the region.
