Itinerary
- Day 1
Honolulu
You'll arrive at Honolulu Airport where a traditional lei greeting waits for you at your Travel Director's Welcome Desk. Your hotel has real history behind it, serving as the filming location for Elvis Presley's 1961 film Blue Hawaii and the birthplace of the Blue Hawaii cocktail. This evening you'll join your Travel Director and the group for dinner to kick things off.

- Day 2
Honolulu
After a relaxed morning, you're headed to Pearl Harbor National Memorial to pay respects to December 7th, 1941. You'll walk through the Visitor Center and take a boat to the USS Arizona Memorial, where 1,102 sailors and marines rest. From there, you'll check out exhibits about America's entry into World War II, then visit the Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific honoring those lost in multiple conflicts. You'll have free time back in Waikiki later.

- Day 3
Oahu
Starting with a relaxed morning, you'll take an island tour around Oahu with views from Pali Lookout toward Kaneohe Bay and the Windward Coast. The drive takes you beneath the Ko'olau Cliffs along rugged coastline. You'll participate in a native tree planting ceremony with a local expert in a Hawaiian Legacy Forest. After lunch overlooking the forest, you'll head to North Shore where winter waves reach 30 feet. You'll stroll through Haleiwa browsing shops and historic plantation buildings, then return to Waikiki for your evening.

Maui
A short flight brings you to Kahului on Maui. You'll visit Iao Valley State Park to see the 1,200-foot Iao Needle, a green-covered rock formation that overlooks lands used as a burial site for Hawaii's chiefs. For dinner, you can choose from several options, including the Wailele Luau with traditional Polynesian cuisine and dance, or one of the resort's other restaurants.

Maui
You'll head upcountry to see a different side of Maui. Visit one of the last working pineapple farms with a local expert to learn about plantation history and sample Maui Gold pineapple. Lunch happens at the Hali'imaile General Store, an original plantation shop from the early 1900s known for solid island cooking. You'll have leisure time back at your resort in the evening.

Maui
You can choose between two activities today. Option one takes you to Haleakala National Park for sunrise over volcanic landscape, learning Hawaiian legends and seeing Haleakala Silversword plants. Option two is a West Maui cruise to snorkel a coral reef with spinner dolphins, bottlenose dolphins, and humpback whales (December through April). Dinner with your Travel Director and fellow travelers wraps up the evening.

Hawaii (Big Island)
A short flight gets you to Hawaii, the largest island in the archipelago. You'll spend time in Kailua-Kona, once home to Kamehameha I. From the beach you'll travel to the Kona coffee growing area where a local expert shows you how this specialty grows on volcanic slopes. You'll sample gourmet coffee, see native plants and organic fields on the plantation tour, then settle into your resort with leisure time.

You'll start relaxed before heading out after lunch to Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. You'll hear legends of Pele, the volcano goddess, and drive along Crater Rim Drive for views of the Kilauea Caldera. Stop by Rainbow Falls on the way back to your resort for the evening.

If you want something more active, an optional helicopter tour offers sweeping views over Big Island's remote north shore. Tonight you'll gather for dinner to celebrate your travels.
