Itinerary

Arrival
You'll get picked up from the airport and head to your accommodation. After the staff goes over the program details, you can settle in and relax for the rest of the day.

Yoga and Meditation
Your yoga and meditation schedule kicks off early. Yoga asana classes start at 7:00 am, then you'll move into chanting and breathing work. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner happen between sessions, and meditation plus yoga flow are worked in throughout the day.

Departure
