You get to choose how to explore, either joining a guided walking tour through the Old Town to see painted houses or heading out on your own along the riverbanks to spot bridges and lesser-known sites. Either way, you'll come across Juliet's balcony and the impressive ancient Roman amphitheater called the Arena. There's free time after lunch (which you'll grab on your own) before heading back to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Later, travel into the Prosecco region's rolling hills to visit a vineyard where you'll taste the local sparkling wine. Loved every minute of this trip which was organized down to the last detail. The trip was perfectly curated. The guide was friendly, accessible, knowledgeable and accessible. The tour of a villa, including dinner was a highlight, as was the pasta-making lesson and meal at a green' vineyard. It was wonderful to have everything taken care of.
