Hanoi
You'll arrive in Hanoi and a driver meets you at the airport for the transfer to your hotel in the city center. After you settle in, the rest of the day is yours to wander around at your own pace. The city has an interesting mix of French colonial buildings, museums, historical sites, and pagodas to check out on your first evening or whenever you feel like exploring.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
A private car picks you up early for the drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay. Once there, you'll board the Sena Cruise and get a welcome drink along with a briefing about the voyage. Lunch happens onboard, and then you're free to kayak around Lan Ha Bay, swim, or take optional bamboo boat rides to the Dark and Bright Cave. Back on the cruise, there's a sunset party, an optional cooking class, dinner, and evening activities like squid fishing and karaoke before you stay overnight aboard.

Halong Bay to Hanoi
You can join an optional sunrise tai-chi session on deck if you want, followed by a light breakfast while the boat sails past limestone karsts. Later, the cruise takes you to the Tra Bau area (the Kong Skull Island filming location) where you can kayak and swim. After lunch on the boat, you'll head back to Hanoi by bus, arriving at your hotel in the Old Quarter by afternoon.

These two days are completely free to spend however you like. You could catch sunrise over Angkor Wat, wander through ancient temple ruins covered in jungle vines, get lost in the local markets, or grab food at a riverside café. Consider taking a cooking class, cruising the floating villages, hopping in a tuk-tuk around town, or simply moving through the city at a slower pace.

Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh City
You'll fly from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to your hotel. The city is Vietnam's largest and most modern, with a lot of economic energy and lively markets. Despite all the modern development, there's still Vietnamese character throughout, along with remnants of the colonial past mixed into the cityscape.

Phu Quoc

- Day 12
Phu Quoc to Ho Chi Minh City
Travel back to Ho Chi Minh City in time for your international flight. Depending on when your flight leaves, you'll have views of Vietnam's landscape during the transfer. After you arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport or your preferred location, you'll be dropped off for your onward journey.
