Itinerary
- Day 1
Launceston to Cradle Mountain National Park
You'll meet your guide at Launceston Airport or Transit Center around 11:30 am, and then head toward Cradle Mountain National Park. The drive takes you through Sheffield first, where you can check out the town's famous murals before continuing on to the national park. Once you arrive, you'll get your first look at the natural landscape and settle into your accommodation for the night.

- Day 2
Cradle Mountain National Park
After breakfast, you're heading out on a 2.5-hour hike to Dove Lake, a glacial lake surrounded by the park's alpine forest. Along the way, you'll walk through sections with native plants and wildlife, getting a real sense of Tasmania's mountain environment. Once you finish the hike, the afternoon is yours to rest and recover.

Cradle Mountain to Mount Field National Park
You'll start in Deloraine, a small town with local shops and galleries worth wandering through. Keep watch along the Meander River banks if you want to spot platypuses. From there, you'll cross the Tasmanian Plateau with views of the 1000 Lakes area, then arrive at Mount Field National Park. In the evening, your guide takes you out for a final dinner at a local pub.

- Day 4
Mount Field National Park to Hobart
This morning covers Tasmania's oldest national park, where you'll see giant deciduous eucalyptus trees and waterfalls hidden in the rainforest. Around lunchtime, you head to Bonorong wildlife sanctuary to see Tasmanian devils, wombats, kangaroos, and other native animals up close. After that, you'll drive back to Hobart, arriving in the late afternoon.

- Day 5
Hobart
You have the morning to explore Hobart at your own pace. If it's a Saturday, the Salamanca Market runs from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm with over 500 stalls selling local goods and food. Otherwise, you can walk around the harbor district or through historic Battery Point. Your airport transfer is set for 2 hours before your flight departure.
