Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Yerevan
You'll arrive at Zvartnots International Airport where a tour representative meets you for the transfer to your hotel. After getting settled and having breakfast, you'll head out to see Yerevan's main sights starting with Victory Park and its panoramic views over the city. From there, you'll walk through the Cascade Complex and check out the Gafesjian Center for the Arts, then move on to the 18th-century Blue Mosque. The afternoon takes you to the Opera House, North Avenue, and Republic Square before you return to your hotel for the night.

- Day 2
Geghard Monastery and Garni Temple
After breakfast, you'll drive to the Arch of Charents to take in panoramic views of Ararat Valley and Mount Ararat. Next stop is Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site from the 4th century where churches and tombs are carved directly into rock. Later in the day, you'll see Garni Temple, a rare Hellenistic pagan temple built in 77 AD, along with the adjacent fortress dating back to the 1st century BC. Optional jeeping is available if you want to do some off-roading. You'll head back to Yerevan by evening to settle in for the night.

Aragatsotn Region and Amberd Complex
Following breakfast, you'll drive to the Aragatsotn region to visit Amberd Complex, a medieval fortress and church sitting at 2,300 meters on Mount Aragats' southern slopes. The name means 'fortress in the clouds'. After exploring there, you'll head to Alphabet Alley to learn about the Armenian language and find your initials carved in stone if they're there. The drive back to Yerevan takes place in the evening where you'll spend the night.

Kecharis Monastery, Tsaghkadzor and Lake Sevan
You'll start with breakfast and then travel to Kecharis Monastery, founded in the 11th century by Armenian Pahlavuni princes. From there, you'll take the Tsaghkadzor Ropeway to enjoy mountainous views of Armenia, with zip lining available as an optional activity. Later, you'll spend time at Lake Sevan, the largest lake in the Caucasus and one of the highest freshwater alpine lakes in the world, often called the 'pearl of Armenia'. You'll head back to Yerevan in the evening for the night.

Echmiadzin and Zvartnots
After breakfast, you'll journey to Echmiadzin to visit the Holy Seat of Echmiadzin, the most important Armenian church founded in 303 AD. You'll spend time at Machanents touristic center learning about Armenian history and culture, with optional master classes available in doll making, lavash baking, and ceramics. Then you'll see Zvartnots, the ruins of one of Armenia's largest medieval temples. You'll return to Yerevan for the night.

Gyumri and Black Fortress
You'll drive to Gyumri after breakfast, Armenia's second-largest city and a major cultural center with over 3,000 years of history. Walking through the city streets, you'll experience the 19th-century architecture and historic buildings that define the place. You'll visit Black Fortress and then have free time to explore Gyumri at your own pace before heading back to Yerevan in the evening.
