Itinerary
- Day 1
Interlaken
You'll arrive in Interlaken and head to the hotel on your own. Your Holiday Director meets the group for a welcome dinner with your fellow travelers, so it's a chance to get to know everyone before the week really kicks off.

- Day 2
Bern
After breakfast, you'll board the Golden Pass panoramic train heading to Zweisimmen, where there's time to walk around the village. From there, another train takes you to Bern. Your local guide will show you through this UNESCO World Heritage medieval city, pointing out the covered arcades called 'Lauben' filled with independent shops, wine bars, and artisan workshops.

Rigi Kulm
The Interlaken Express panoramic train takes you to Lucerne, and you'll see five mountain lakes and the Brünig Pass along the way. A local guide leads a walking tour showing you the Chapel Bridge and historic old town. After that, you'll take a cruise on Lake Lucerne, then ride a Victorian cogwheel train up to Rigi Kulm's summit for 360-degree Alpine views and sight lines to as many as 13 lakes if the weather cooperates. You're back in Interlaken by evening.

Interlaken
This day is yours to explore Interlaken however you like. If you want, there's an optional excursion to Jungfraujoch, the 'Top of Europe'. The Jungfrau Railway tunnels through the mountain with viewing galleries and reaches Europe's highest railway station at 3,454 meters with snow, ice, and 360-degree views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks.

Glacier Express
You'll travel on the Glacier Express, which winds through Switzerland's most dramatic landscapes at a leisurely pace. Lunch is served right at your seat with panoramic views as the train passes through deep gorges, hundreds of bridges and viaducts, and pristine mountain valleys. Back to Interlaken for the evening.

Interlaken
Another free day to explore more of Interlaken and enjoy the area. In the evening, your group gathers at the hotel for a farewell dinner to wrap up the trip.

It's time to say goodbye to your traveling companions as your trip ends and you head home.
