    Dubrovnik to Hvar

    Your journey starts with an airport transfer that combines van and boat transport to Hvar, so you'll catch views of the Croatian coastline along the way. You'll stop in Ston first, a medieval walled town known for its seafood, where a gourmet welcome lunch happens at a prestigious seafood restaurant.     This morning you'll cycle from Hvar town to Jelsa, heading through Brusje village with lavender fields and terraced vineyards growing indigenous Plavac Mali grapes. Ancient olive groves line the route too, and the climbs are challenging but reward you with panoramic views across the Adriatic. Lunch happens at a third-generation family estate where they do farm-to-table cooking with heritage tomatoes, hand-pressed olive oil, and peka-roasted lamb. The afternoon is yours to swim in coves or explore Jelsa's town center.
