Shetland Islands
You arrive at Lerwick in the Shetland Islands, the most northerly point of the British Isles. The charming waterfront features 18th-century sandstone buildings. You can visit the ancient Viking ruins at Jarlshof or head to the Shetland Museum to learn about Norse history.

You transfer to the airport and fly to Stockholm, Sweden's trendy capital. The city stretches 80 kilometres to the Baltic Sea across an archipelago of 30,000 islands. Stockholm itself sits on 14 islands connected by 57 bridges. You'll spend two nights at your Special Stay hotel in this beautiful city.

Stockholm
A local guide takes you on a city tour to see City Hall, one of Sweden's most famous buildings with its golden Three Crowns spire. You'll also see Riddarholm Church and the Royal Palace. You'll visit the courtyard of Amalienborg Palace, home to Queen Mary and the Danish Royal Family. Your Freechoice lets you either cruise the famous canals past Christiansborg Palace or spend time at Tivoli Gardens. A farewell dinner follows at one of Copenhagen's finest restaurants.
