Edinburgh
You'll arrive in Edinburgh and transfer to Leith where the Discovery Yacht Scenic Eclipse is waiting. After you settle into your suite, meet the Captain and crew, then head to the Sky Bar with other guests for Champagne before the ship sets sail.

At Sea
Sleep in if you'd like and have breakfast brought to your suite, or walk around the yacht on your own schedule. Check the daily program for lectures and discussions from the Discovery Team about the ports coming up.

Skagen
You'll arrive in Skagen, Denmark's northernmost town, known for its light and art scene that attracted painters starting in the 19th century. Head to the Skagens Museum to see the world's largest collection of works by Skagen painters, including pieces by P.S. Krøyer and Anna Archer.

In Copenhagen, you can explore the capital by bike, checking out the architecture, art, and food scene. The city is also known for its approach to sustainable living. Since the ship departs late this evening, you'll have time to see Tivoli Gardens lit up at night, one of the world's oldest theme parks that opened back in 1843.

Gothenburg
Morning brings a sail through the Kattegat Sea where you might spot villages, rocky islets, seabirds, and seals. As you get closer to Gothenburg, you'll see Sweden's archipelago with its islands and rugged coastline. Once there, you can walk through the maritime heritage sites, canals, and historic areas like Haga district, or grab fresh fish at the famous Feskekörka.

Wake up in Oslo, Norway's compact capital surrounded by mountains and sea. Check out the Royal Palace and the Oslo Opera House, then head to the Norwegian Maritime Museum to learn about the city's connection to the sea. You can also visit the Nobel Peace Centre and see works by Edvard Munch at his museum. Later this evening, the ship sails out through Oslofjord where you can watch from your verandah.

Start with a workout in the gym or yoga session in the PURE studio if you'd like. The ship reaches Mandal, Norway's southernmost town, which has inspired many artists over the years. Wander the cobblestone streets to find specialty shops, cafes, and bakeries. Look for the hidden staircase that leads up to the Uranienborg viewpoint.

In Stavanger, you'll see a town with Viking roots going back to the 9th century. Walk past the well-preserved white wooden houses in the old town and along Øvre Holmegate, the colorful street. The Stavanger Maritime Museum is housed in a historic warehouse by the water, and the fish market nearby has fresh seafood.

Your final morning on the Discovery Yacht includes one last breakfast on board. After you say goodbye to the crew and new friends, you'll transfer to the airport for your flight home, carrying memories from the journey.
