Customer Reviews
- Doris· June 21st, 2025I’m glad to share my experience here of the All About Balkans provided by Travel Talk. The tour guide Vojin is the best. He’s experienced and knowledgeable. I’ll seek any tours he hosts. Sophia was the tour guide for Greek portion. I lost my passport at the second day of Greece. She helped me to file police report and contacted us embassy in Athens. As well as the driver, he took extra miles to take me to the local police station. I’m just very lucky to have a team to assist me to go through all these things. I’m here home safely as schedule because of Sophia’s assistant. Thank you so much!Show more
- Neville· June 19th, 2025All the hotels accommodation were 4 star with fabulous breakfasts, EXCEPT the locations other than Budapest and Vienna were very far from the city centres. The bus driver and bus were good, probably my only improvement would be the bus windows need to be cleaned daily. The guides were generally professional, but at times difficult to hear. An improvement i would suggest would be to have receivers and head phones. One other very annoying thing was Travel Talks administrative people to equally share tge single room amongst the 3 solo share singles. I had to complain and the Group tour guide remedied that blunder. Likewise I would never share again, as one of the solos had a bad cough for the whole trip and shared it with me, I was not a happy camper as I had not had a cold, cough, flu or covid-19 in the last 2 decades and had had open heart surgery just under 2 years ago. I demanded the solo room on the last 2 nights, throat gargled with scotch, took Amoxil tablets, antibiotic lozenges and kicked in 2.5 days. Oh! I am 69 and the other disease spreading passenger maybe 50ish, coughed with out covering his mouth with a hanky or tissues or even his hand. Totally unsatisfactory on a group tour.Show more
- Jeff· June 19th, 2025Our tour guide Kostas deserves to be highlighted in this review. He was meticulous with our trip details and beyond accommodating with the wellbeing of each and every person on tour. He catered to each demographic, ranging from 21 to 78 yrs old. Families, couples and singles, you name it, he had it covered. He is kind hearted, diligent and created an environment of friendship. Our group chat is still active and it’s been over a month since we were on tour. Kostas took us to explore locally owned restaurants, enabling us to experience Greece authentically. For those of us that value the perfect Instagram shot, Kostas took us to the best hidden gems (with no wait queues). On our “free days” he recommended sights and made sure he was available if we got lost and needed assistance. Kostas was extremely informative of Greek culture, cuisine and made this trip so enriching. My family and I can’t thank you enough.Show more
