Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
Your private chauffeur picks you up and takes you directly to Cairo's Mena House Hotel, a five-star property where you'll get settled in. This is where your Egypt luxury tour officially begins, so take time to relax and get your bearings before dinner.
- Day 2
Cairo
An Egyptologist guide leads you through ancient sites starting with the Step Pyramid of King Zoser at Saqqara. From there, you'll see the colossal statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx. The morning and early afternoon cover considerable ground, so you'll want to grab lunch at some point before heading back to your hotel.

Cairo to Luxor
Start at Karnak where you'll walk the avenue of ram-headed sphinxes and explore the columns of the Hypostyle Hall with your guide. Later in the afternoon, you head to the dock and board the River Tosca, your luxury Nile cruise vessel. Get settled into your cabin and meet the crew before your first dinner onboard.

Luxor
The ship docks at Dendera where you visit the Temple of Hathor in the morning. After lunch, you can either join a relaxing yoga class on the sundeck or head to the engine cabin to meet the River Tosca's Captain. By evening, you disembark for an after-hours VIP tour of the Temple of Luxor before returning to the ship.

An Egyptologist takes you to the Colossi of Memnon, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Valley of the Kings on the west bank. A highlight includes watching a local family bake traditional sun bread, then sharing it with Egyptian tea. That evening back on the ship, you dress in a traditional galabeya for an evening of dancing and games with other passengers.

Kom Ombo to Aswan
The cruise arrives at Aswan where you visit the double-temple of Kom Ombo in the morning. After lunch, choose between a private sail around Kitchener's Island or exploring Aswan Market on your own. You'll also meet women from a local women-owned cooperative, then head to the famous Old Cataract Hotel for afternoon tea. Later, return to the ship for a Nubian performance.

You'll have lunch onboard, and then by evening, enjoy Egyptian classics at dinner before heading to the Sound and Light Show at Philae Temple, which creates a dramatic nighttime experience with the ancient stones illuminated.

Luxor to Cairo
