Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Hanoi
You'll land at Noi Bai Airport and clear customs, then look for your Wonderscape Travel driver holding a signboard with your name at Pillar 10 on the 1st floor. They'll drive you to your hotel in Hanoi. The city mixes modern buildings with older architecture throughout, so you'll get a sense of that blend right from the start.

- Day 2
Hanoi or Optional Ninh Binh Tour
Today you can either spend the day wandering Hanoi on your own, or join an optional group tour to Ninh Binh. If you go on the tour, you'll start with breakfast and head to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, which served as the feudal capital from 968 to 1009. Lunch happens at a local restaurant, then you'll take a boat trip through Trang An grottoes and see 31 valleys plus 50 caves carved by water. You're back in Hanoi by evening.

Hanoi to Ha Long Bay
After breakfast, the cruise team picks you up for the drive to Ha Long Bay. You'll travel across the Red River Delta, passing emerald rice paddies, then board your cruise and start exploring limestone rock formations and karst grottoes. Seafood lunch is served on the boat, and you'll visit a famous limestone cave before early dinner. Spend the night on the cruise, or join optional activities if you prefer.

- Day 4
Ha Long Bay to Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City
Start early to catch the sunrise over Ha Long Bay from the boat. Breakfast comes on deck while you cruise slowly past thousands of islands with chances to take photos. Lunch is served as you head back to Ha Long City, arriving around 3:30 to 4:00 PM. From there, your private driver takes you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City, where you'll be picked up and transferred to your hotel.

- Day 5
Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta
You'll head out to My Tho in the Mekong Delta and start at Vinh Trang pagoda, built in the late 1800s. Then you'll board a sampan boat to cruise around four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. On Unicorn Island, you'll walk through country lanes, see fruit orchards, try tropical fruits, and listen to local music. Later you'll take a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal, stop at a family business, and visit a honey farm for honey tea and coconut candy. In the afternoon, you can cycle around Tan Thach village to see how locals live, or just relax in a hammock before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City.

- Day 6
Ho Chi Minh City or Optional City Tour and Cu Chi Tunnels
On your last day, have a healthy breakfast and check out of your hotel. You can visit local markets to pick up souvenirs, or join an optional group tour of Ho Chi Minh City and Cu Chi Tunnels. The tour covers Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, and War Remnants Museum, then moves on to the Cu Chi Tunnel system where you'll learn about tunnel construction, see living areas and military facilities, and check out hidden traps. You'll have special tea and cassava before returning to Saigon.
