- Day 1
Ljubljana
You'll land in Ljubljana and connect with your Tour Director before heading to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to wander around the capital at your own pace, whether that means grabbing lunch at a local spot or just getting oriented with the city.
Landmarks/POIs Ljubljana - Day 2
Ljubljana
Start with a guided walk through Ljubljana's main sights like Prešeren Square, Triple Bridge, and the fish market. Then take the funicular up to Ljubljana Castle, where you'll get views across the whole city and the landscape beyond. By afternoon you're free to do your own thing - shopping, checking out galleries, or sitting at a café.

Ljubljana to Zagreb
Head south to Zagreb and explore Gornji Grad and Kaptol, the medieval upper districts packed with churches, palaces, and museums on a hillside. A guide will walk you through the main areas before you get the afternoon to yourself. You can wander the lively streets, check out local markets, or find a quiet café to sit in.

Zagreb to Opatija
Visit Plitvice Lakes National Park with its 16 turquoise lakes connected by waterfalls and forest paths. After lunch, you'll drive toward the Adriatic coast and arrive in Opatija, a 19th-century seaside town that's a nice spot to settle in for the evening.

Opatija
Explore Istria, the peninsula shared by Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia. You'll stop in Rovinj to wander its waterfront and steep streets, then head to a traditional agritourism farm for local food and wine tasting. Next you'll walk through Poreč's old town before returning for free time by the water.

Opatija to Julian Alps
Venture into the Karst region to see Predjama Castle, a Renaissance fortress built right into a cave system. Then descend into Postojna Cave, which has a train that runs through it so you can see the rock formations and underground chambers. After lunch, you'll continue toward the Julian Alps with time to relax in nature.

Julian Alps
Start at Lake Bled and take a traditional rowboat to the island church in the middle. Climb up to Bled Castle on the cliff for panoramic views, then head to Lake Bohinj, Slovenia's largest alpine lake. Ride the funicular up Mt. Vogel for views of Triglav National Park, grab lunch, and spend your afternoon by the lakeshore before a farewell dinner where you'll share highlights from the trip.
