- Day 1
London to Amsterdam
You'll meet your Contiki group in London and start heading toward Amsterdam. Along the way, you'll pass the White Cliffs of Dover, then take a ferry across the English Channel through Calais and Belgium. Once in Amsterdam, there's an included group dinner to kick things off, followed by time to check out the city's bars and nightlife.

Amsterdam
Amsterdam is yours to explore however you like. Walk through the canals, visit some of the unique museums around the city, or just hang out at a café. The local food scene features pancakes, frites, and stroopwafels. If you want something more organized, there's an optional cheese farm dinner or an evening canal cruise with a bar onboard.

Amsterdam to Rhine Valley, Germany
Leaving Amsterdam behind, you'll head toward Germany's Rhine Valley. There's a lunch stop in Cologne, then you'll travel through landscapes filled with fairy-tale castles, vineyards, and valleys. By evening you'll arrive in a Rhine Valley town for wine tasting.

Rhine Valley to Munich, Germany
From the Rhine Valley, you're traveling to Munich and will stop in a medieval Bavarian town along the Romantische Straße route. You'll walk cobblestone streets, see vibrant market squares, and check out a traditional Glockenspiel. Once in Munich, there's time to explore beer halls, see the gingerbread-style architecture, and experience the lederhosen culture. A bicycle tour is available if you're interested.

Munich to Venice, Italy
You'll leave Munich heading through the Bavarian Alps, passing fairy-tale castles and vineyards as you move toward Austria. Lunch happens in Innsbruck where you can explore its Olympic heritage and medieval old town. After that, you'll stop in Trento in the Adige Valley before arriving in Venice for the evening. You'll have tomorrow to really explore the city.

Venice
This full day is dedicated to Venice. You'll board a private motoscafo boat to cruise the canals and get to the city's historical center. From there, you can choose between taking a traditional gondola ride, learning to steer one from expert instructors, or joining a guided food tour through the city.

Landmarks Venice Grand Canal - Day 7
Venice to Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland
Leaving Venice, you'll travel toward Switzerland and pass Lake Como as you exit Italy. The route heads toward the Swiss Alps and Lauterbrunnen. There's an optional boat cruise on Lake Brienz if you want to take it. You'll arrive in Lauterbrunnen with a free evening to take in the Alpine scenery around you.

Lauterbrunnen to Paris, France
You're heading from the Swiss Alps to Paris. You'll cross back into France and pass through Burgundy, a nice wine region. Once in Paris, there's a nighttime tour featuring famous landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe all lit up, illuminated bridges, and the evening café scene.

This is your last night with the group, so there's an optional Parisian dinner and cabaret show to make it memorable.
