    I had a terrible experience with Amigo Tours on October 30th and would not recommend them. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, the level of unprofessionalism I experienced was completely unacceptable. Their vehicle broke down, which I was patient and understanding about. I waited over an hour for pickup, even rearranging my evening plans to accommodate the delay. Despite this, communication was awful — I asked multiple times for an update and got no clear response. When they finally arrived, they didn’t bother to call or text me to say they were outside. Instead, they left without me, after I had been waiting in the hotel lobby the entire time. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I didn’t receive the service I paid for, and the poor communication and lack of basic customer service made the situation even worse. Amigo Tours needs to take accountability for how poorly this was handled.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
