3 Day Cancun New Year's Itinerary, incl. Resort Celebrations
Luxury awaits at this 3-day Cancun resort featuring multiple gourmet venues, premium bars, and daily activities. The program includes beach volleyball, cocktail workshops, and festive entertainment in the exclusive Hotel Zone, with private transfers and all-inclusive amenities.

- Day 1
Arrival and Resort Introduction
Plan to check in around 2 PM to get the most out of your first day. The ride from Cancun International Airport to most Hotel Zone resorts takes 25-30 minutes. Book a private transfer ahead of time since shared shuttles can stretch to 2 hours with multiple stops during the busy holiday season. When you arrive head to the adults-only pool area to avoid afternoon family crowds. A recent guest shared: "The experience was just out of this world - getting there early let us secure prime beachfront loungers before the New Year's rush."

 - Day 2
New Year's Eve Celebrations
Have breakfast by the beach before 9 AM while temperatures are mild at around 75°F. Resort activities start mid-morning so you can join beach volleyball or learn to mix cocktails. Book your New Year's Eve dinner right when you arrive because premium restaurants fill up quickly on the 31st. The main celebration usually begins at 8 PM with music and dancing. Find a good spot on the beach by 11:30 PM to watch fireworks launch from multiple resorts along the Hotel Zone.

 - Day 3
New Year's Day & Departure
Start your morning with a quiet walk on the beach. Sunrise over the Caribbean is around 6:30 AM and the sand is cool before 8 AM. Since most flights leave in the afternoon store your bags with the bell desk and spend time at the pool until about 3 hours before your departure. Holiday traffic can double your travel time to the airport so plan accordingly.

- Day 1
Oaxaca City to Llano Grande
Leave Oaxaca City at 8 AM for a 2-hour drive to Llano Grande. If you get motion sickness, take medication before the winding mountain roads. Start your day with breakfast in the village before hiking the 8km El Pinovete trail through pine-oak forests. The weather can be unpredictable, so pack layers. Morning fog usually clears to sunny skies by midday. The trail leads to a 30-meter waterfall and takes 3-4 hours round trip with some challenging uphill sections. In the afternoon, learn traditional mountain bread-making from local bakers. The high altitude affects baking times but you'll learn local techniques to adjust. You'll spend the night in adobe cabins that are basic but comfortable. Pack warm pajamas since mountain temperatures often drop below 10°C/50°F at night.

 - Day 2
Latzi-hroo-lii Trail to Cuajimoloyas
Take the 8km Latzi-hroo-lii trail from Llano Grande to Cuajimoloyas, a village famous for its mushrooms. Start your hike at 9 AM to avoid typical afternoon rain. The trail is clearly marked and takes 3-4 hours, passing through areas where locals gather wild mushrooms. Stop for lunch at Señora Marlen's restaurant and try their regional dishes, especially the mushroom soup if it's available. Visit Esther's medicinal plant garden later in the day. You can also try the 1km zipline over the valley for amazing views ($25 extra), but it closes in strong winds. End your day at Señora Fabiola's restaurant, known for excellent handmade tortillas.

 - Day 3
Benito Juárez to Oaxaca City
Your last 8km hike takes you to Benito Juárez village through beautiful forest trails. Stop at the lookout point for views of the Oaxaca Valley and Pico de Orizaba volcano on clear days. Share lunch with Señor Mesinas's family for an authentic local experience. Plan to start your 2-hour drive back to Oaxaca City by 2 PM to miss city traffic.

What people love about 3-day Mexico tours
- Cancun New year vacation all inclusive adults only 3Days/2Night
Absolutely great experience.
 - Food Tour Mexico: Hot Springs, Pulque and Local Gastonomy
My wife and kids recently had an unforgettable 5-day private tour with Vibe to Hidalgo. Our guide, Tony, was exceptional - knowledgeable, entertaining, and always in the flow. The Tolantongo caves were a highlight, with the kids thoroughly enjoying the experience. The basaltic prisms were also a unique and breathtaking sight. Exploring Real del Monte, the hometown of my grandmother, was a journey through history, and the pastes museum was a must-visit. Thank you Vibe and special thanks to Tony for making it an unforgettable experience!
 - Mexico City Hiking Tour: Trek Glorious Volcanoes
A great tour is for those who love hiking and are in Mexico City, the difficulty of hikes increases with each one you take finishing with La Malinche, a full-day hike where you will reach the summit (we also opted to climb to Nevado de toluca, for iztaccihuatl you would need a 2-day hike as it's more technical so we went till gate 4 only). make sure to acclimatize to the altitude a couple of days in Mexico City before. The organization and communication from the company was great and our guide Jorge was also very professional, accommodatingand and with nice sense of humor.
