- CWCamille· September 9th, 2023Three Italian meals in three nights. The worst part was the danger they put our senior group through. Two nights, we were out at shows at nighttime. Wehad to walk back to hotel unaccompanied. It was unacceptable! A bunch of white hairs with written directions in our hands from a small town in WA. The transportation once in NYC was not smoooth. Airport to hotel, middle of the night… Will never use Collette again!Show more

He was a lifesaver in getting our room straightened out when we arrived and our room was not listed with the hotel. Gave me quite a shock and my daughter was getting anxious. I called the 24 hour line and after about 45 min things got figured out with Ben's help. Very frustrated also that each restaurant had such a limiting menu. Esp, the optional Greenwich tour as there was a smaller group. The meal selection was almost identical to the meal the night. Also, felt there was too much time spent at Ellis Island as it was a long hot day. Would have like to have included Top of the Rock or Empire State Building but ended up doing it on our own. Also, more time at Central Parke would have been nice as we only seen a glimpse of it. I was very upset that I had to pay for me and my daughters Broadway show as I was never given a choice of shows. We ended up going to see MJ and spent an extra $500. Not happy or expected that. I feel overall the trip was good but not sure it was worth the cost as I had to see so many other things on my own and out of my own pocket.
