- Lynn· June 1st, 2025Amazing experience! Excellent guides (archeologists) who love their subject. Abdou in Cairo and then five wonderful days with wise, knowledgeable, patient and warm, Ashraf. Interesting and educational! Highly recommend. Ancient Egypt brought to life. Could be improved if all group members prepaid entrance fees so we didn't waste time waiting. Limiting shopping time as well. Like herding cats at each venue. Testing patience. Would rather have skipped the wasted time at the perfume shop.Show more
- Ali· June 1st, 2025The tour was great overall and food was excellent. However, I absolutely suggest removing visiting Abu Simbel temple visit from the optional activity list. It takes about 8 hours of driving round trip to get there and the site is very similar to the Luxor temple that already is visited before then. It's NOT WORTH it at all. I'd suggest planning something else. Also, I wasn't happy that tour stopped at a stone statute making shop. The prices were really high and with bargaining, the price was double of the item worth. Remember during shopping, in Egypt, it doesn't matter what the seller is asking, you should pay what you think the item's worth is. Lastly, I'd suggest to take the tour in winter or fall when the weather is less hot.Show more

Our tour guide Ahmed Elkallaf was amazing, his knowledge was very good and he was fun to be around. Our group was a total of 15 and we all got along really well, we have walked away with life long friends which made the experience even more memorable.Show more
