Óbidos
After heading to Nazaré, a traditional fishing town on the coast known for its New Year celebrations, you'll move on to Óbidos. Cascais to Madeira
You'll fly to Madeira, often called the 'Pearl of the Atlantic.' Once there, you can wander Rua de Santa Maria with its colorful murals and grab lunch at your own pace. Later, a walking tour takes you through Funchal's historic downtown and past important sites like the 15th-century cathedral. You'll finish at the Botanical Garden with over 2,500 plants from around the world.

This morning you'll explore the coastal areas of Garajau and Ponta de São Lourenço, the easternmost point of the island with incredible Atlantic views. After spending time taking in the scenery, you'll return for an elegant New Year's Eve Gala. As midnight approaches, you'll watch Madeira's world-famous fireworks light up the sky as you celebrate the new year.

Madeira to Lisbon
You start at Câmara de Lobos, a 15th-century fishing village surrounded by nature. From there, you'll drive past banana plantations and winding vineyards heading toward Cabo Girão, the world's second-highest cliff. Next you'll visit Porto Moniz to see its natural volcanic pools before heading back to Funchal. That evening, you'll gather for an espetada, a traditional meal cooked over an open fire with folk dancers and music.

You can join your tour manager for a downtown stroll or explore on your own, walking streets lit by Christmas lights.
