Overall, the entire tour was well organized, transportation were timely (barring traffic conditions), and hotels were generally good quality. We got a whirlwind taste of Costa Rica over the week. There is a lot of driving involved from location to location ranging from 3.5 hrs to 6.5 hrs. Since traveling took up such a large part of the day, it felt like a "wasted" day. The stop at Monteverde was short, giving only about a true half day at the location. The stops at La Fortuna and Manual Antonio provided more time to see the area. We stayed an extra day in San Jose to explore the city. The whole tour went well, without any issues.Show more

I had to cancel due to passport issues. Now, the company is not refunding my money and even my booking agent suggested that I dispute/chargeback the transactions with my bank. That will be done! Asked on July 25th, 2025We would like to do the 3 day Tortuguero tour provided by your company that being the Tortuguero Jungle Expedition. We would like to start this tour on 28.1.26 the day after our return to San Jose from Treasures of Costa Rica instead of going to the airport. We don't want to return to San Jose at the end of the Tortuguero tour but want to go to Puerto Viejo for 5 or 6 nights which we are happy to arrange ourselves. Is this possible?

Of course, we will be happy to work on a quotation for the 3-day Tortuguero Jungle Expedition starting on January 28th, 2026, right after your return from the Treasures of Costa Rica tour. It's absolutely possible to end the Tortuguero tour in Guápiles instead of returning to San José, so you can continue on to Puerto Viejo. We can arrange the drop-off accordingly, and since you mentioned you're happy to organize the rest of your stay in Puerto Viejo independently, we'll simply make sure you're in the right place to continue your journey smoothly.

This program is designed without tourleader, you will have assistance at the airport as well as in all the optional excursions in each destinations. The program as such are not going to be guided, you will have and received of course all the support from our operation team in destination in case you needed. All the confirmation and vouchers you will received in advance. In Case you prefer to have a guided tour, let us know so that we can recommend other tours.
