This evening, dinner takes you to Huaca Pucllana restaurant, which sits right within a 1,500-year-old adobe pyramid. You'll have Peruvian fusion cuisine while the illuminated ruins create the backdrop for your meal, making for a pretty memorable first night.

- Day 2
Lima
Start the day at a local market to see what ingredients and Andean superfoods are available, then move into a Pisco Sour cocktail masterclass where you'll learn to make Peru's famous drink. After that, you'll do hands-on cooking to prepare some dishes yourself. In the afternoon, walk through Casa Aliaga colonial mansion, check out Plaza de Armas and the 16th-century Cathedral, then spend time at Museo Larco to see its pre-Columbian art and artifacts collection.
