- Susanne· June 6th, 2025Everything went perfectly in terms of organization! The stay at the Crystal Lodge was very pleasant. However, the Crystal Lodge - despite the fact that I had already paid for my overnight stay - did not simply charge my credit card, no, the Crystal Lodge debited CAD 204.50 from my credit card on May 28! The amount has not yet been repaid. I find it a bit annoying that I now have to run after my money, especially as I couldn't find an email contact for the Crystal Lodge.Show more
