Itinerary
- Day 1
Venice to Opatija
Start your trip with a pickup at Tronchetto bus station or Marco Polo or Treviso airport. A private vehicle takes you across to the Croatian coast, arriving in Opatija on the Kvarner Riviera. After settling in, you'll have the rest of the day to yourself before your first night there.

Opatija
Following breakfast, you'll join a guided walk through Opatija to see why this 19th-century resort attracted European royalty like Wilhelm II and Franz Josef. The tour covers the famous 12 km Habsburg coastal path that links four Riviera towns together. You'll get sea views the whole way and learn the area's history from your guide before heading back for the afternoon and evening.

Opatija to Plitvice Lakes to Split
Early morning departure toward Plitvice Lakes National Park. Once there, you'll walk for about 3 hours through the park's 16 interconnected lakes and waterfalls. There's a boat ride across the emerald Kozjak Lake and then a scenic train ride back to the entrance. After lunch, it's a drive to Split where you'll spend the night.
