Itinerary
- Day 1
Tashkent
You'll arrive in Tashkent and connect with your transfer at the airport. After checking into your hotel, there's a welcome meeting where you'll meet your CEO and the other solo travelers on this trip. That evening, head to a dinner party hosted by local families. You'll learn how to make traditional Uzbek laghman noodles from scratch, hand-stretch the pasta yourself, and then sit down together to eat what you've made.

Tashkent
Your CEO leads a city tour through Tashkent's different periods and styles. You'll see Soviet-era buildings alongside medieval structures and Islamic architecture throughout the day. Independence Square gets a visit, and then you'll check out the ornate metro stations the city's known for. The famous Chorsu Bazaar comes next, where you can wander around the stalls. Wrap up with dinner in a garden setting with your group.

Tashkent to Nukus
Start the morning at the Institute of the Sun to see its architecture and grounds. You'll have breakfast and lunch with your group, plus there's a surprise activity planned. Later this evening, you'll fly to Nukus, the next stop on your journey.

Nukus to Khiva
A guide takes you through the Savitsky Museum, which holds one of Uzbekistan's most interesting collections of Soviet avant-garde art. After the tour, you'll have free time in Nukus to do your own thing. Then it's a drive to Khiva. Once you check in at your hotel, your CEO leads an orientation walk so you get your bearings in this historic city.

Landmarks/POIs Savitsky Museum - Day 5
Khiva
You'll start with a guided tour focused on how people live in this region. After that, the old town of Khiva opens up for you to explore on your own terms. Narrow mudbrick alleyways wind between buildings, and there's a bazaar where you can try bargaining. You'll see blue mosaic domes and madrassas as you walk around. Climbing one of the towering minarets is possible, as is checking out the dark dungeons. Later, head up to see the inner walls of Ichon-Qala and catch the sunset light on the sand-colored buildings.

Khiva to Bukhara
The drive from Khiva takes you through the Kyzylkum Desert with its distinctive red-colored sand hills rolling across the landscape. Watch for gazelles, sand cats, and corsac foxes during the journey. By evening you'll reach Bukhara. Your CEO leads an orientation walk after you settle into your hotel.

Bukhara
A half-day guided walk takes you around Bukhara's beautifully restored mosques, madrassas, and covered trading domes that form the Old City. The walking tour focuses on the area around Lyabi-Hauz, a pool ringed by ancient mulberry trees, with narrow streets and artisan shops nearby. After that, you have time to relax at a café or continue exploring however you'd like.

Bukhara
This is your Me Day in Bukhara, so you call the shots. Option one is joining your CEO and other travelers to discover hidden backstreets and lesser-known corners of the city. Option two is striking out on your own to build your solo travel confidence. You might visit a hammam for a local steam bath experience, try making paper mâché dolls at a craft workshop, or sit down for a tea tasting.

Bukhara to Samarkand
You'll drive from Bukhara toward Samarkand. If you're interested, there's an option to have lunch prepared by a local family along the way. Once everyone's gathered, your CEO leads a city tour hitting the major sights. The Ulugbek Observatory, Shaki Zinda complex, the bazaar, Bibi Khanum, and Registan Square are all on the itinerary.

Samarkand
The day starts at Teshik Tash Stone, a large natural formation with a window carved right through it. From there, you'll head to a local Uzbek village and hike through a walnut grove up to Aman Kutan. The route passes the Lion's Cave, an important archaeological site where Neanderthal remains were discovered. After hiking back down, lunch happens at a local home. You'll return to Samarkand for a free afternoon to check out the bazaar, relax in a tea house, or visit other sights at your pace.

A morning train takes you from Samarkand back to Tashkent, arriving in the early afternoon. You'll have your last free afternoon to spend time with your travel crew, exploring the city however you'd like before departure.
