- Day 1
Cape Town Arrival
You'll land at Cape Town International Airport where your private guide meets you for the drive to your hotel. Your room overlooks either Table Mountain or the Atlantic coast. The afternoon is yours to relax and settle in, so you might take a walk around the V&A Waterfront as the sun starts to set or grab dinner at one of the city's well-regarded restaurants.

Cape Town
After breakfast, head up Table Mountain by cable car to see views across the city and ocean. From there you'll walk through the colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood, check out Company's Garden, and browse Greenmarket Square. Later in the afternoon, get to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens before heading back to your hotel for a quiet evening.

Cape of Good Hope
This morning you'll drive along Chapman's Peak Drive, one of the world's most scenic routes, to reach Cape Point Nature Reserve and the Cape of Good Hope. Stop at Boulders Beach to see the African penguin colony up close. You'll have lunch at a seaside restaurant in Simon's Town, then return to Cape Town through the Constantia Valley on the way back.

After breakfast, drive into the vineyards around Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. At Boschendal Estate you'll have lunch with farm-to-table dishes under old oak trees. Later, head to Delaire Graff Estate for a tasting at one of Africa's top wineries. You're staying the night here surrounded by vineyards and mountains with fine dining.

Cape Town to Kruger National Park
You'll fly to Skukuza or Nelspruit Airport, then transfer to your safari lodge just outside the park. In the afternoon, get on your first open-vehicle game drive as the sun goes down, looking for elephants, lions, leopards, and rhinos across the bushveld. Return for a three-course dinner under the stars.

After breakfast, transfer to Karongwe or Kapama Private Game Reserve, a smaller safari property on the border of Greater Kruger. You'll arrive for lunch and high tea, then head out on an afternoon game drive searching for the Big Five. Dinner happens around the campfire with stars above.

Johannesburg Departure
Depending on when your flight leaves, you can choose an optional Cultural Heritage Tour exploring South Africa's history. This includes Soweto (where Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu lived), the Apartheid Museum, and lunch at a local restaurant. Before heading to the airport, stop at Cambanos & Son for African art, jewelry, and souvenirs.
