Itinerary
- Day 1
Uluru
You'll arrive at Ayers Rock Airport and get transferred to your hotel. Then you're heading to the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre to learn about the Anangu people and their traditions. After that, your guide takes you on a drive around Uluru's base to see sacred sites, and you'll walk out to Mutitjulu Waterhole. By evening, you'll settle in to watch the sunset at Uluru with sparkling wine in hand as the rocks shift through incredible color changes.

Kata Tjuta - Uluru
This starts before sunrise when you head to Talinguru Nyakunytjaku to catch the desert lighting up. You'll warm up with tea or coffee while watching it happen. Later in the morning, you're going to Kata Tjuta to see the 36 domes from the dune viewing platform. Then comes the 1.3km walk through Walpa Gorge, where you'll see the unusual rock formations and natural creek beds. You'll have free time back at the resort during the afternoon, and then head out again for another sunset at Uluru.

Uluru
You'll spend time walking through Bruce Munro's Field of Light installation, moving past 50,000 hand-crafted frosted glass spheres lit in ochre, violet, blue and white. As it gets lighter out, you're heading to a dune top for tea, coffee or hot chocolate while watching sunrise light up both Uluru and Kata Tjuta in the background. After that, you'll transfer to Ayers Rock Airport for your departing flight.
