Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Paris
Your driver meets you when you arrive and takes you to your hotel in central Paris. After you check in, the rest of the day is open. You can walk around the city center, relax at the hotel, or find a restaurant for dinner. It's a good day to settle in and get your bearings.

Latin Quarter and Marais Walking Tour
After breakfast, your guide leads you on a full-day walking tour through two major Paris districts. You'll see the UNESCO Heritage Banks of the Seine, walk through the medieval streets in the Latin Quarter, and stop at Notre-Dame Cathedral on the island of Île de la Cité. The tour also includes Hôtel de Ville and Palais Royal. Then you head to the Louvre Museum with skip-the-line tickets to see the Mona Lisa, Venus di Milo, and Winged Victory among other masterpieces.

Champs-Élysées and Eiffel Tower Districts Walking Tour
After breakfast, your guide takes you on a 6-hour walking tour of the Champs-Élysées and Eiffel Tower neighborhoods. You'll visit Place Vendôme and Place de la Concorde, walk through the Tuileries Gardens, and see the Grand Palais and Petit Palais. Next you cross the ornate Pont Alexandre III and arrive at Place de Trocadéro for views of the Eiffel Tower. Later you can either head back to the hotel or take an optional Seine river boat cruise.

Palace of Versailles Day Tour
After breakfast, you meet your guide and take a train to Versailles, about an hour away. There you'll explore the Hall of Mirrors, the royal rooms of King Louis XIV, and the famous gardens designed by Le Nôtre. You'll also see the Grand Trianon and Petit Trianon on the grounds. Coffee and snacks are available at your own expense. By evening your driver brings you back to the hotel.

Loire Valley Châteaux Small Group Tour
Early morning brings a transfer to the train station for a 1st class train ride to Amboise in the Loire Valley, roughly 2 hours away. Your small group starts with a skip-the-line tour of Chateau de Chenonceau, which sits on the Cher River with surrounding gardens. After that you visit troglodyte cellar caves for lunch and wine tasting. Then it's a skip-the-line tour of Chateau de Chambord, one of the most recognizable châteaux around. You return to Paris by 1st class train, and your driver picks you up for the ride back to the hotel.

Free Day in Paris
This day is yours to spend however you like. You can wander Paris on your own and discover neighborhoods or shops that interest you. If you prefer a structured activity, several carefully planned optional tours are available to join.

- Day 7
Champagne Region Small Group Tour
Your guide-driver picks you up early for a small group tour of the Champagne region. You'll visit two major Champagne houses and one smaller local producer to learn about production and history while tasting Champagne. Then you head to Reims to see the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Reims, the Gothic cathedral where 25 French kings were crowned between 1223 and 1825. After that you return to Paris and your hotel.
