Victoria
Start with a quick orientation tour of Victoria, then head to Butchart Gardens where you can walk through 55 acres including the Sunken Garden, Japanese Garden, and Italian Garden. You have the option to add an enhancement experience if you want to extend your time there.

Victoria to Whistler
You'll drive to Chemainus and board a ferry across the Georgia Strait to Horseshoe Bay. From there, travel along the Sea to Sky Highway with a stop at Shannon Falls before reaching Whistler. This afternoon includes an Insider Experience with First Nations cuisine and cultural performance at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre.

This day is yours to explore Whistler however you like. The mountain resort town has several optional adventure experiences available if you want to try something specific, but you're free to wander on your own as well.

Whistler to Sun Peaks
You'll leave Whistler early and drive through the rugged Cariboo Chilcotin Coast. Stop in Lillooet, which was Mile 0 of the original Gold Rush Trail, then continue east through the North Thompson River valley and Monashee Mountains before dinner in Sun Peaks.

Sun Peaks to Jasper
Follow the Yellowhead Highway toward Jasper National Park through alpine scenery. In Blue River, you'll take a river safari to Grizzly Bear Valley where you might spot wildlife, cruise glacier-fed rivers and lakes, and see waterfalls. Later you'll pass Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, before arriving in Jasper.

Jasper to Lake Louise
You'll travel along the Icefields Parkway, considered one of the world's most scenic highways. At Columbia Icefield, you'll ride an Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier. From there, continue to Lake Louise, known as the Jewel of the Rockies, where you'll stay at the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train and travel through the Canadian Rockies in SilverLeaf Service with panoramic windows. You'll go through the historic Spiral Tunnels and striking Kicking Horse Canyon before arriving in Kamloops late afternoon. After exploring your hotel, you'll have dinner this evening.
