- NNancyWebb· January 23rd, 2020Everything was beautifully organized with excellent, comfortable hotels, all including breakfast; a number of lunches and a few special dinners too, a range of cultural, historical, geological and archeological places to visit and the occasional day off to relax and do things on our own. We really appreciated that! Excellent and varied local food. The itinerary was well thought out. Although we could have stayed longer and seen more, this 2 week tour hit the highlights.Show moreAdvantour Caucasus commented on this reviewThank you! Hearing that our Clients enjoy traveling with us is the greatest pleasure. We are glad we could introduce you to Caucasus and its unique culture. Advantour Caucasus TeamTrip date: September 2019
- DanaCamilHewitt· January 22nd, 2020I would warmly recommend the Caucases and specifically Advantour as a company to take you on an exploration of the area. I would also ask them if they're actually open to learn about cultures and history, or pursuing check marks on their list of countries. It's a fascinating area worthy of all our attention. For my husband and myself, Advantour was an excellent option, as they combined beautiful sites with learning about history and current events, with excellent food and mostly excellent hotels and a visible passion for sharing the area with the visitors.Show moreAdvantour Caucasus commented on this reviewDear Dana, Thank you for such a kind review and recommending our services. - SSimonGeertsema· January 22nd, 2020Using an organised tour in countries where you cannot speak the local language or read the alphabet, made for an enjoyable and stress free experience. Avantour had an itinerary which covered a wide range of interests. The bus was a convenient size and we liked that fact that the tour group was small (15). The accommodation was excellent and the food was varied and interesting.Show moreAdvantour Caucasus commented on this reviewDear Simon, We are glad to hear that we managed to make your visit to Caucasus stress free and enjoyable. Asked on August 24th, 2024What does "serious" mean?
- Advantour CaucasusOperator•Written August 2024
The level is moderate/average. There are five hikes, the longest of which is 16 km (5-6 hours). It will be a small group tour. The departure is guaranteed.
- Advantour CaucasusOperator•Written August 2024
Average/medium means included ascends and descents but not very steep ones. No supporting equipment is required, only hiking footwear. These hikes are not for beginners and travelers are expected to have some hiking experience.

Traveler•Written March 2024Even though August sounds good, we were looking for a date/trip in July. Let me know if that month is possible and/or is a good time to visit.
- Advantour CaucasusOperator•Written March 2024
July is a good season to travel to our countries. Unfortunately, we do not have this scheduled tour in July, but we can arrange this tour on private basis for your travel dates. For four travelers, the price for the private tour per person is $2,970.

Traveler•Written June 2023When you say "and be able to carry their own luggage for up to 1 km across borders." So we must have backpacks, not suitcases?
- Advantour CaucasusOperator•Written June 2023
Citizens of Australia only need an e-visa to Azerbaijan, in Georgia and Armenia they do not need visa. As for Vietnam citizens, they need e-visa to all 3 countries. Some exceptions apply for Georgia.
- Advantour CaucasusOperator•Written June 2023
As for the luggage, you can bring a rolling suitcase as well.
