    I must say I was very disappointed with this tour company and would never use them again. They are classified as a premium tour company yet on numerous occasions during our Canada tour we certainly did not get premium service, food and on a couple of occasions the accommodation was not even close to premium! We had two tour guides and one was terrible even telling the whole group to 'Get Over It' when there was a problem with luggage at one of our hotels. The meals provided (when provided!) was mediocre at best and one of our included activities got cancelled as we were late to arrive! I could go on as there were numerous problems throughout our tour. When we arrived home we wrote a 4 page letter to TravelMarvel but found it near impossible to get it to someone higher up. They reply we got was pretty much the same as what the tour guide said... 'Get Over It'! Not a very good tour company, very expensive and definitely not worth paying for. I would not travel with them again and would not recommend them as a good and worthwhile travel agent!

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour.
