    • Days 1-3

      Iceland Exploration

      Board the Scenic Eclipse in Reykjavik before 2 PM on day one. You'll have time to get comfortable in your suite and look around the ship before departure. The next stop is Grundarfjörður where the stunning Kirkjufell mountain makes for perfect photos. On day three you'll see the impressive Dynjandi Waterfall in the Westfjords.       Eastern Greenland

These passages only open in summer when the ice melts enough for ships to pass between the glaciers and granite cliffs.

      Southern Greenland

      Visit Narsaq where Viking Erik the Red settled over 1000 years ago and see Nuuk's colorful buildings in Greenland's capital. You'll hear glaciers calving in Evighed Fjord and visit Ilulissat, which means "iceberg" in Inuit. The World Heritage Icefjord here is spectacular. The Sermeq Kujalleq Glacier releases 46 cubic kilometers of ice every year.
