Then it's off to Samburu National Reserve with a stop at the equator along the way. You'll arrive in time for lunch, and the afternoon includes a game drive that runs until sunset.

Samburu National Reserve
This day is dedicated to game viewing in Samburu National Reserve with both morning and evening drives. You'll carry a packed lunch as you move through the extensive park, watching for wildlife around the Uwaso Nyiro River. The semi-arid landscape here offers solid bird watching chances too.

Samburu to Nyahururu (Thomson Falls)
You'll head down from Samburu with scenic views toward Aberdare National Park and Nyahururu, arriving in time for a hot buffet lunch. After that, you'll check out Thomson Falls and walk the nature trails at the base through the gorge. Keep an eye out for endangered Columbus monkeys, baboons, and other small animals in the area.

Thomson Falls to Lake Nakuru National Park
Following breakfast, you'll drive to Lake Nakuru National Park and get there for lunch. The afternoon brings a game drive where you can look for the famous pink flamingos along the shores (depending on season), plus the resident rhinos and other animals around the lake.

Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
Get up early for a morning game drive that wraps up around 8:30am, then return for a full buffet breakfast. You'll check out and head to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. The afternoon gives you a choice between relaxing at the lodge or taking a nature walk around the grounds with bird watching options.

Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast you'll check out and drive through the Great Rift Valley floor with nice views of Mount Longonot. There's a quick stop in Narok town for fuel and snacks before you reach Masai Mara National Reserve for lunch. An introductory game drive happens in the afternoon through to sunset.

Masai Mara National Reserve
You'll spend the full day exploring Masai Mara's 1,510 km2 of open landscapes and woodland areas. Throughout the drives you can see Masai giraffes, lions, zebras, wildebeest, elephants, and buffalo. A picnic lunch happens during the drive, which continues until sunset as you take in the different ecosystems.

Masai Mara to Serengeti National Park (Tanzania)
After an early breakfast you'll check out and head toward the Tanzania border at Isebania. Lunch happens at the border while you handle customs and immigration paperwork. A Tanzania guide meets you there to continue in a 4x4 Land Cruiser to Serengeti National Park, with a game drive happening on the way as you arrive late afternoon.

Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you'll head out for a full day of game driving with a packed lunch. The Serengeti offers vast open plains, over 500 bird species, and large numbers of wildlife like lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and cheetahs. You'll return to the lodge for dinner.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Your last breakfast at Serengeti happens before you check out and head to Ngorongoro Crater, arriving for lunch. The afternoon game drive explores the crater's varied landscapes including forests, woodlands, grasslands, lakes, and swamps. You might spot the Big Five, with zebras, wildebeest, and gazelles commonly seen, and if you're lucky, an endangered black rhino.

Lake Manyara to Tarangire National Park

The park has diverse landscapes with baobab trees and holds one of northern Tanzania's largest elephant populations.

Tarangire to Amboseli National Park (Kenya)
After breakfast you'll depart toward the Namanga border with picnic lunch boxes, handling customs and immigration along the way. Meeting your Kenya driver, you'll proceed to Amboseli National Park for lunch en-route. Once there, a game drive lets you look for big herds of elephants, lions, leopards, gazelles, wild dogs, and Mount Kilimanjaro views.
